Products: Air Compressors

  • Achieve target sales volume and turnover as per the target assigned.
  • Finding out new areas, new customers it in order to increase the market coverage.
  • Achieve cost-effective sales coverage of his territory.
  • Quotation/tender presentation & follow-up (Quotation/Tender submissions to the clients in the desired time line).
  • Make professional client presentations that promote price value advantage
  • Submit accurate sales forecasts monthly.
  • Report on all relevant competitive/market activities
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Submitting weekly visit plan and submitting monthly live offers.
  • Assisting sales – coordination – while executing orders received.
  • Maintains a very good understanding of engineering principles, theories, concepts, and processes related to the product.
  • Generating new business leads and updating in CRM .
  • Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists.
  • Participating in client meetings, negotiations and corporate events on advised upon.
  • Visiting potential customers for new business.
  • Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
  • Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
  • Recording sales and order information and updating copies on Google Drive.
  • Reviewing own/team sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Required Experience and Qualifications: BE Mech /Diploma with 1 to 2 years experience in Sales of air compressor of any product can be consider.

JOB SUMMARY
Service maintenance at client’s site, commissioning at clients’ site, Visit during AMC contracts, coordination with service engineer.

LIST OF FUNCTIONS EXPECTATIONS

1.       SERVICE AND MAINTAINANCE

·         Visit the customers for complaint logged, attending technical difficulties and resolve the complaints of the customer.

·         Identifying technical difficulties/ loopholes in the system & suggesting the remedy to the customers.

·         Giving feedback to customers with respect to solutions for their problems.

·         Updating Service Engineer/ Sales personnel regarding the status of the complaint within 24 hrs from the receipt of complaint.

·         Identifying & reporting about the different types of equipment’s installed at Client’s site.

·         Checking all the parameters of the system of the customer & suggest whether it’s appropriate.

·         Commissioning of the system at Customer’s site.

·         Handling replacement & refurbishment tasks at customer’s end.

·         Servicing to be done in 48 hours inside Mumbai and 72 hours outside Mumbai

 

2.       REPORTS

·         Submitting weekly report on:

a)      The complaints attended & resolved on a daily basis.

b)      The Spares & refurbishments replaced at customer’s site.

 

3.       SPARES

·         Forward enquiries/ requirement to spares from site.

 

4.       VISITS

·         Visit to godown as required.

·         Visit to Client’s site for AMC/ Commissioning

Job Summary:

  • To execute all the sales orders as per the satisfaction of the Project SE/ME as well as the customer. Also achieve the target of billing on monthly and quarterly basis as against the target given.
  •  Expectations:
  • Prepare sales order & Inter Office Memo as per Purchase Orders.
  • To place the order with Principle as per PO.
  • To follow up for OA from Principles
  • To follow up the readiness of material with principle & to arrange for inspection in coordination with Project engineer, in cases required.
  • To prepare Delivery Challan for dispatch of materials
  • Co-ordinate & follow up with warehouse for execution of orders
  • Inform dispatch instruction to the clients.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly spread sheet of unexecuted pending order, expected billing & collection.
  • Prepare dispatch plan for the weeks and submit it to the SBU Head.
  • Follow up with vendors in case if there is delay in delivery or for confirmation of delivery in time and informing the same to sales engg and project manager
  • Putting reminders to customers for payment .(email)
  • Memo of reservation to be given to the concerned team.
  • Preparation of documentation related to Sales Order by the given timeframe
  • Giving updates to the SE/SO/ME, customer and projects division with respect to current status of the order.
  • Invoice to be generated through SYMCO & for external agencies like BMC in the required format. By the time frame(Put Challan and invoice submission date and work out approx time,ideally 3 days)
  • To generate Work Completion Challan after the completion of the work.

GOVERNMENT AND PROJECTS

FUNCTIONS

  • Follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery by telephone calls and Email reminders.
  • Preparation of RA bills.(Timeframe)
  • REPORTS  Prepare dispatch plan for the weeks and status of material to be delivered is to be submitted it to the SBU
  • Head with weekly report on Saturday
  • Billing Projections-----.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly spread sheet of unexecuted pending order received.

To submit techno commercial offers within the timeframe specified and backup for the sales team assigned. Also to attain the objectives set for the SBU and individual objectives, visa vies with the expectations of the management.

  • Assisting the Sales Team assigned for technical details of products & client requirements i.e. getting project details, customer details, consultant details, and approved make details from customers.

 

·         To submit offers to customers of the team assigned as per required technical specifications and details.

·         Techno-commercial offers to to be submitted within 24 hrs for normal offers and within 72 hours for project offers and deviation reports are to be added to the weekly report. ( CRM )

·         Attend to client calls of assigned sales engineer)

·         To independently handle offers up to 5 lacs (end to end) i.e. right from submission offer, offer follow-up, and negotiations till receipt of payment.

  • Follow up on offers above 5 lacs for order finalization for assigned sales engineer)

 

  • Cold calling dormant clients of assigned sales engineer) ( at least two customers in a week )

 

Daily CRM update for assigned sales engineer)

  • Budgetary offer follow-up.
  • Explaining technical details & specifications & applications of our products to the customers

Post Confirmation

 

  • To support own Team and back up support in the absence of other team members for techno-commercial offers.

 

  • To handle 4 to 5 clients independently from the client list of assigned sales engineer)

 

  • Finalise orders and back up to team assigned sales engineer))
