    • Sales and booking are achieved as per the targets agreed at the AOP.
    • Execution of the order as per the delivery period agreed with the customer
    • To maintain Client relationship & visit various client sites on a cyclical basis based on KYC planning
    • To promote sales of new products along with Team Marketing
    • Providing technical and commercial assistance to customers and sales coordinator with respective to their scope of work.
    • To gauge competition in different client projects & to strategize plans for beating competition

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Project Sales and excellent liasoning skills with Govt Bodies.
  • To generate enquiries /get orders from government agencies & other allocated clients to achieve set targets, to maintain Client relationship, to analyze competitors competence & prepare counter-attack mechanisms.

    Job Role:

    Responsible for introducing VEMC to MCGM as well as govt. clients
    To map the hierarchy of the whole Government agency & to maintain relationships at every level

    Client Acquisition : 
    Mapping & Acquiring orders via new clients
    Generating leads with various clients & to nurture the same to convert it to business .
    Follow up of quotations to ensure its conversation to order and passing it to Execution team.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    The candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in project sales or strong inclination in projects sales.Strong networking skills with govt bodies required.

  • Sales Coordinator
  • Bcom/Bsc /Graduation mandatory
  • Minimum 3-8 years experience in Sales Coordination


  • Job Role:

    Check order as per our terms & condition.
    Prepare sales order & Inter Office Memo as per Purchase Orders.
    Co-ordinate & follow up with  warehouse  for execution of orders
    Inform dispatch instruction to the clients.
    Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly spread sheet of unexecuted pending order received.
    Prepare dispatch plan for the weeks and submit it to the SBU Head.
    Follow up with vendors in case if there is delay in delivery or for confirmation of delivery in time.
    Invoice to be generated within timeframe
    Memo of reservation to be given the concerned team. 
    Preparation of documentation related to Sales Order.


    Desired Candidate:
    Should be self driven with good experience in Sales Coordination and communication skills.Prior experience in ERP preferred.
